ELEMENTAL RETREATS

Dr. Ayin Adams and her staff have anchored and created personalized one-on-one spiritual healing retreats for the individual woman, man, couples, and family.

Dr. Adams is one of Hawaii’s leading visionaries and authority on spiritual healing and waking-up the soul within. Located on the beautiful exotic island of sacred Maui, personal spiritual retreats are held in the following periods of 1 day, 2 days, 3days, and 5days increments. Longer retreats are group oriented. Our program includes the three-fold process of healing the whole of:

Body: Conscious Breathing, healthy nutrition, gentle exercise, Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massage, Radionic Machine Healing.

Mind: De- programming, Re-programming, Visualization Techniques, Affirmations, guided imagery meditations.

Spirit: Transcendental Meditation, Ritualistic, Healing, Silence, Power Walks, Readings and communing with our Higher Selves.

Our retreats cater the elements of air, fire, water, and earth journeys.

All journeys include organic meals, journaling, meditation and chanting and one hydro-colonic session.

Air’s Journey: Daily sage smoke cleansing, rain forest hike & meditation, breath work.
Element Air master activity: air sailing, Haleakala

Fire’s Journey: Sweat lodge, volcano hike & meditation, fire cleansing.
Element fire master activity: crossing the burning sands

Water’s Journey: Daily mineral salt baths, canoeing & meditation, Iao Valley Cleanse, and Dolphin Swim,
Element Water master activity: waterfall dive

Earth’s Journey: Red Clay/Mud purification, Iao  hike & meditation, herb and fruit picking or planting, meditation/prayer box making.
Element Earth master activity: rock-climbing

Spirit’s Journey: Daily yoga, 3- part hydro-colon cleansing, hot stone massage, chakra cleansing & meditation.

Element Spirit master activity: reiki, lomi-lomi

Participants choose from one of the following programs:

1.    Womb Healing: Root Chakra
The womb is our power, creativity, sexual issues (rape, incest, sexual abuse) blame, control, passion, ethics, money, greed, relationship issues, fidelity, repression or wrongness in sexual matters, birthing new ideas. An intimate weekend where we break through the barriers of pain and trauma.

2.    Healing The Child Within:
We’ll retrace the steps of our childhood as wounded children where we received negative messages, and suffered. We’ll go back and heal that wounded child and recapture her with love and trust again. We’ll go back to that trauma at age 12, age 15, age 18, age 21, age 25 and so forth to bring him and her back. We’ll get reacquainted with our inner child, and play and have fun. During this weekend we will work on reprogramming those unproductive messages with plenty of nurturing and plenty of play time for your inner little one.

3.    The High Cost of Unforgiveness: 5th Chakra
Communication, expressing yourself, telling truth, following your dreams and being true to yourself. Addictions, habits, judgment, faith, making decisions, knowing and being yourself, criticism, will power, doing what you said you would do. All forms of expression and communication Body treatments, silent walks by the water, breath work and meditations are the prescriptions to send you back home more focused, more balanced, more centered and peaceful.

4.    Personalized Empowerment Weekend
What do you want to work on? You tell us. What would it take to make your life soar? Dr. Adams is at your service to assist you in making your dreams a reality. Through energizing inner work, life coaching techniques and empowerment tool at our disposal, our job is to help pull you through so that you can achieve your greatness!

5.    Vision Quest Weekend:
Vision Quest weekends will literally change your life!  Incorporating principles of nature into your life will enable you to walk a path of true empowerment! We  camp at 8,000ft, pitch a tent, head for the woods and spend time healing through nature. Through fasting and praying, we practice listening to Spirit. We invoke the Spirit Guides of the East, West, North and South, our ancestors, our angels, and our spirit guides that are assisting us on our spiritual journey and we leave totally renewed in mind, body and spirit! This is my favorite spiritual journey and it is a very blessed event.

Each personalized program includes:

• Pick up/drop off at airport
• A spiritual consultation
• 5 meals
• Chakra balancing
• A reprogramming session/radionic healing
• Guided meditations
